April 15th – C-Corp (Form 1120) returns due. 
Filing deadline for annual personal tax returns (includes Schedule C forsole proprietors and Single Member LLCs).
Your first quarter estimated tax payment for the current year.

Meet our New Director of Client Relations!

We are so excited to introduce you to Patricia Villa, our new Director of Client Relations! She is a huge addition to our team and will allow us to provide even better customer service (one of our core values).
Patricia holds a Master’s degree from the University of Miami and she has over 19 years of experience in a variety of industries including eCommerce, medical manufacturing and distribution, construction manufacturing, and public accounting. She also has experience in client acquisition and onboarding, human resource management and company-wide operations.  She enjoys facilitating the analysis of business performance through open communication based on accurate financial data.


Patricia lives in Mebane and enjoys spending time with her family (which includes her two 4-legged children), working as a mentor for SCORE, and also as a mentor in the Hispanic community in the Graham area.
