PPP2 is Coming – Here is the Breakdown!

The second round of stimulus package has been passed by the U.S. Senate. The $900 billion package is providing $600 to individuals, adds $300 to extended weekly unemployment benefits, and provides $300 billion in aid for small businesses.

Previous PPP recipients may apply for another loan up to $2 million if:

1. You have 300 or fewer employees

2. Have used or will use the full amount of your first PPP loan

3. Can show a 25% gross revenue decline in any 2020 quarter compared with the same quarter in 2019.

Please make sure to update the State Unemployment Rate in your Payroll system. Rate letters went out in Q4.

All W-9’s are due by January 1st to ensure a timely filing of 1099s.
