PPP Continued…

The Senate passed an extension for applications for the Paycheck Protection Program until August 8th, 2020.
Also, the forgiveness applications have been released by the treasury and we have provided them below! However, individual banks may have or be creating their own applications, so be sure to be thorough in your application process.

EIDL and PPP Loans

If your company applied for both the EIDL Loan and the PPP Loan, your PPP forgiveness application will be more difficult. You will have to account for the use of both loans, to show there was no duplication in the use of funds. In addition, the amount of any EIDL grant you received will be deducted from the PPP Forgiveness amount.
